The nature of my work is predominantly mural-scale acrylic paintings on unstretched canvas. All the faces are self-portraits derived from digital self-portraits. I play all the roles for all the various characters in the depicted scenarios. The warm palette in the faces uses color to suggest life force rather specific racial markers, thereby embracing our universal emotional experiences.
